Students will love getting to take home a STEM Kit! Each kit comes with the materials and supplies for several hands-on, easy-to-follow STEM activities, along with a book and bonus STEM resources and tools that families can use over and over.
STEM Kits are designed for kindergarten through 5th-grade students but can easily be differentiated for preschool or middle school students. Kit activities are based on Next Generation Science Standards, process standards, and employability skills standards, and touch on a variety of STEM content and practices.
Each kit includes:
- Instructions, printed activity sheets, a “BINGO” progress board, and materials needed to complete each activity up to four times.
- Activities that are printed in both English and Spanish.
- A STEM Quick Win Video to follow along for each activity.
- A children’s book that connects to the theme of the kit.
- A list of STEM careers that connect to the activities found in the kit.
