Summer Camps
Youth entering grades K - 6 will have fun in a week-long adventure while they connect with nature, engage in hands-on STEM, make friends, and discover intriguing STEM careers.
Join us this summer:
Scales & Tails (June 9 - 12): Herpetologists study reptiles & amphibians. Indiana is home to frogs, toads, salamanders, turtles, and snakes. Spend the week learning about Indiana’s native slimy, slithery, and scaly creatures and how they have adapted to our climate!
Pollinator Power (June 16 - 19): Pollinators are animals that transfer pollen from one part of a flower to another. This process, known as pollination, is crucial for the survival of many species, including humans. Come learn about various types of pollinators and how to protect them, as well as the essential roles they play in our ecosystems!
Creative Innovators (July 7 - 10): Attention all makers, crafters, creative thinkers, and problem solvers! Draw inspiration from nature and utilize a variety of materials to imagine, design, and create solutions for everyday challenges as well as works of art and engineering.
Wonderful Water- Girls Only (July 14 - 17): Water is essential for all living things on Earth and surrounds us in many forms. Join us to explore the fascinating properties of water, examine the various ways humans affect water on Earth, and discover actions we can take to keep water clean and healthy for all living things. This week of camp is exclusively for girls.

STEM Future Leader Exploration Camp
Youth entering grades 7 - 9 will spend the week learning about nature, leadership & mentorship. They will participate in community building activities and Lunch & Learns with STEM professionals, and will complete service learning projects and other fun activities. After successfully completing camp, SFLs will have the opportunity to be a Mentor for the K-6 camps.
This camp will be offered twice this summer!
