What is your Cancellation Policy?
Payment is required to guarantee your registration. No refunds will be given within two weeks of the programmed event. If cancellation is due to COVID-related illness, symptoms, or quarantine, then credit for the event will roll forward to a future day camp opportunity or the fee may be donated to TSC’s scholarship fund.
What are your current health and safety procedures?
Masks will be optional in outdoor spaces. Everyone will mask up in indoor spaces. Masks will be provided to anyone who needs one.
Can I send my preschooler with an older sibling?
TSC’s current children’s programming is geared toward K-5th and 6th-9th and staff is equipped to safely facilitate campers who are in Kindergarten and older.
Can I attend with my child to help with separation anxiety?
We have found that children resolve anxiety much faster after their adult is out of sight. Parents and caregivers are welcome to hang out in their cars in the Moore Road Farm parking lot until they feel their child is no longer anxious.
