Reverse Field Trips

What?

A reverse field trip is an event during which The STEM Connection will come to your location to facilitate three STEM activities for participants instead of you coming to Moore Road Farm for a traditional field trip. The STEM Connection provides staff and materials for activities, and you provide participants and spaces for activities to take place.

Where?

A reverse field trip takes place at your location. Reverse field trips are limited to locations within 30 miles of Moore Road Farm. Depending on the number of participants, The STEM Connection needs 2-3 designated spaces (classrooms, gymnasium, outdoor green spaces, etc.) in which activities can be facilitated.

When?

Reverse field trips are offered in January, February, November, and December. Participants will engage in STEM activities for 2 hours and The STEM Connection will be onsite for 2.5 hours to allow a little time at the beginning for set-up and at the end for clean-up.

Cost?

$280 for up to 40 students; additional students are $7 each up to a maximum of 60 students.
