Summer Camp Fun

Our Wonderful World

This past week, campers spent the week learning more about Our Wonderful World. Daily themes included soil, the sun, water, food chains and food webs, and ecosystems. Highlights of the week were enjoying s’mores cooked in solar ovens we made at camp, searching for organisms in the creek while creek shuffling, expressing our creative sides while painting with homemade soil paint and decorating rocks, and sampling fresh veggies picked from the garden. Oh, and everyone loved hanging out with the newest member of The STEM Connection team, Pippi the puppy!
